These Website Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://nwbrothersconstruction.com and its content, forms, features, and related online services (collectively, the “Site”).
The Site is owned and operated by NW Brothers Construction LLC (“NW Brothers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
These Terms govern the Site. They are not a construction contract and do not establish the final scope, price, schedule, warranty, payment terms, dispute procedures, or other terms of a construction project.
Construction services will be governed by a separate written estimate, proposal, work authorization, or construction agreement accepted by NW Brothers and the customer. If these Website Terms conflict with a signed construction agreement, the signed construction agreement controls with respect to that project.
Nothing in these Terms waives any non-waivable right or notice required under applicable consumer-protection or construction law.
The Site is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
By submitting an inquiry, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to request information concerning the property or project identified in your submission.
Submitting a contact form, Meta Instant Form, financing-interest response, consultation request, or estimate request does not:
Create a construction contract;
Require NW Brothers to accept a project;
Guarantee an appointment or start date;
Guarantee a particular price;
Reserve materials or labor;
Guarantee financing approval;
Guarantee eligibility for a promotion.
Website and advertising information is preliminary. A project’s availability, scope, materials, price, schedule, and payment terms must be confirmed in writing.
An estimate or proposal is valid only for the period stated in that document and may be revised when site conditions, measurements, material costs, customer requests, permitting requirements, or other relevant circumstances change.
Descriptions of services on the Site are general and may not apply to every property or project. Available services may include:
Exterior remodeling;
Interior remodeling;
Siding;
Dry-rot repair;
Roofing;
Window and door replacement;
Painting;
Related construction and repair services.
The specific work to be performed will be described in the applicable written agreement.
Project schedules and completion estimates may be affected by weather, permits, inspections, material availability, concealed conditions, change orders, customer decisions, events beyond our reasonable control, and other project-specific circumstances.
NW Brothers Construction LLC is a contractor and is not a lender. Financing may be offered through Service Finance Company, LLC, subject to credit approval, program availability, lender requirements, and applicable terms and conditions.
References to financing, deferred payments, promotional periods, monthly payments, interest rates, or amounts due are informational and do not constitute a promise or guarantee of credit.
Financing approval and final terms are determined by the lender. The lender’s application, disclosures, credit agreement, privacy notice, and other documents control the financing relationship.
NW Brothers does not make credit decisions and is not responsible for the lender’s approval decisions, loan servicing, credit-reporting activities, or changes to lender programs.
You should review and understand all lender disclosures before accepting financing. Service Finance Company, LLC’s privacy information is available through its Privacy Notice.
Promotions and advertised offers may be:
Available for a limited time;
Subject to eligibility requirements;
Limited to qualifying products, services, or project amounts;
Unavailable in certain locations;
Subject to credit approval when financing is involved;
Modified or discontinued as permitted by law.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, promotional offers cannot be combined. The complete terms provided with an offer or financing agreement control if they conflict with a general statement appearing on the Site or in an advertisement.
Errors in website or advertising content do not obligate NW Brothers to provide a product, service, price, or financing term that is unavailable or was displayed incorrectly. We will correct material errors when identified.
When you provide contact information and request that we contact you, you authorize NW Brothers to respond about your inquiry, estimate, consultation, appointment, financing-information request, or project using the contact information you provided.
If you separately provide any consent required for promotional calls or text messages, we may contact you about NW Brothers services and offers. Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Reply HELP for assistance.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the unsubscribe link in the email.
Your use of the Site and our handling of personal information are also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Photographs, before-and-after images, descriptions, testimonials, and project examples on the Site or in our advertising may depict previous NW Brothers projects or representative examples.
Every property and project is different. Prior results, photographs, and examples do not guarantee that another customer will receive identical results, pricing, materials, timelines, or outcomes.
Colors, finishes, and materials may appear differently because of lighting, photography, screen settings, product availability, and natural variation.
You retain ownership of photographs, descriptions, and other content you submit.
By submitting project information, you authorize NW Brothers and its service providers to use it as reasonably necessary to:
Review your inquiry;
Evaluate the proposed project;
Prepare an estimate;
Communicate with you;
Provide requested services;
Maintain relevant business and project records.
Submitting project photographs does not give NW Brothers permission to use them publicly for advertising unless you separately provide permission or such permission is included in a signed agreement.
You may not submit content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or that violates another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.
You may use the Site only for lawful personal or business purposes related to learning about or requesting NW Brothers services.
You may not:
Use the Site for fraud, impersonation, or unlawful activity;
Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems;
Introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful technology;
Interfere with the Site’s operation or security;
Scrape, copy, or harvest Site content or contact information through automated means without permission;
Use Site content in a way that infringes intellectual-property or other legal rights;
Use the Site to transmit unsolicited advertising or abusive communications.
We may restrict access when we reasonably believe the Site is being misused.
The Site and its original text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, designs, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to NW Brothers and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and print Site content for your personal, noncommercial evaluation of NW Brothers services.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, license, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission from NW Brothers or the applicable owner.
Third-party names, trademarks, and logos belong to their respective owners.
The Site may link to or integrate with third-party websites, platforms, products, or services, including Meta and Service Finance Company, LLC.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. NW Brothers does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, security, availability, approval decisions, products, services, or business practices.
A link to a third-party service does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.
We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information, but we do not guarantee that Site content is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for every project.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site without notice. The Site may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, security events, or circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for general informational purposes.
NW Brothers disclaims warranties concerning the operation of the Site, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent those warranties may lawfully be disclaimed.
This website disclaimer does not modify warranties, obligations, or remedies contained in a signed construction agreement and does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NW Brothers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages resulting solely from your access to, inability to access, or reliance on the Site or third-party links.
This limitation applies only to the Site. It does not replace or modify the allocation of responsibility contained in a signed construction agreement and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.
Our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any different enforceable provision in a signed construction agreement, legal proceedings arising specifically from use of the Site will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Oregon.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from exercising a right that cannot be waived under applicable law.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Site, services, business practices, or legal obligations.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Changes apply prospectively from the effective date stated in the updated Terms.
Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement between you and NW Brothers concerning your use of the Site.
They do not replace a signed estimate, proposal, financing agreement, work authorization, or construction contract.
